Our Pet Policy

We allow cats and dogs. There is no weight limit for dogs; however we do have breed restrictions. Exotic pets are approved on a case by case basis. We allow two pets per apartment.

A $350 non-refundable pet fee is required and $35/mo pet rent per pet.

*Breed, size, and weight limitations and fee and deposit requirements do not apply to assistance animals. We comply with all applicable fair housing laws. We will consider any request for reasonable accommodations.
